Joseph W. Horner and his wife Liza are natives of Staten Island NY, which is the southernmost and least populated of NYC's 5 boroughs. Joe began his career in the insurance industry in 1988 as a captive agent in a local office of a large mutual insurance company. Providing life insurance and other related products to clients in the tri-state area. Joe has spent the last 14+ years working on the brokerage side of the life insurance industry where he has worked with brokerage agencies and producers helping them cater to their affluent clientele. This is done through a consultative approach taking the clients needs/goals, obtaining the best medical offers available and then pairing them with the appropriate planning techniques and products in order to create the best possible solution for the client. For the last several years this has included life settlements also, as they have become an integral part of the planning process for the right clients.
