This fall Miami will host the 16th Annual Life Insurance Settlement Association Conference. Much has happened in the last year and it is estimated that over 500 industry leaders, policy makers and insurance regulators will attend this years Life Insurance Settlement Association Conference.
The states of New York and California have finally become fully regulated allowing settlement brokers to operate in those states with guidelines that will protect the seller and the buyer as well.
The public awareness of the settlement industry is enhanced by industry leaders coming together and sharing their ideas and concerns.
